Buck brings experience in real estate, mortgage lending, and construction to his work with clients. He holds a BA in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. As River Bear’s owner and managing broker, he brings those perspectives together around a personal approach to financing.

Ian’s mortgage background spans purchase financing, refinances, FHA and VA loans, home equity, and reverse mortgages. He helps borrowers work through loan guidelines and compare financing options around their individual needs.
David holds a BS in Engineering from Texas A&M University. His background in technology, construction, and computer systems brings an analytical perspective to mortgage conversations and a practical interest in helping clients understand their choices.
Riaan holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. His interest in contracts, client service, and problem-solving shapes the attention he brings to helping borrowers navigate the mortgage process.
Ralph entered the mortgage industry in 2003 after building a background in finance. Originally from California, he now calls Texas home with his wife and three children. Away from lending, he enjoys music and mixed martial arts.
Jason’s residential experience includes home sales, construction, remodeling, and investment-property ownership. He and his family moved from Colorado to the Austin area in 2016. That background informs the perspective he brings to clients’ financing questions.
Originally from New York City, Clendi and his wife moved to Texas in 2014. He brings a banking background to helping first-time and returning homeowners understand the mortgage process. His published profile is available in English and Spanish.
